Welcome!

Hello!  I am so excited to share my baking with you!  For as long as I can remember, I have loved being in the kitchen creating sweet treats.  From winning my first blue ribbon at the state fair at age 11 to creating favors for my son's first birthday party, cookies (and cupcakes and muffins and breads) have always been a passion of mine!

Where did the name Raspberry Girl come from?  When I was very young, my Aunt Laurie called my sister and me her Raspberry Girls.  Why, I'm not sure, but I've always loved the nickname and cherished the memories that correspond with it.  Sadly, my Aunt Laurie passed away from breast cancer 10 years ago.  Her mother, my paternal grandmother, also lost her fight with that disease, before I was even born.  A sorority sister of mine is currently waging her own tough battle against breast cancer and inspiring everyone she meets along the way.

We all know countless others who have been affected by this disease.  To attempt to aid in developing a cure for breast cancer, I am donating 5% of all profits from my bakery to the Breast Cancer Research Foundation.  When determining to combine baking + breast cancer research in this endeavor, I knew I had the perfect name in Raspberry Girl Bakery.

Please contact me today to set up an order!  Birthday parties, baby showers, bridal showers, engagement celebrations, graduations, anniversaries, holidays, teacher gifts, reunions, even your neighborhood cookout - there are plenty of opportunities for a fun dessert!  I can't wait to create something yummy for you!
